●  Payment: Fees are to be paid monthly in advance in AED to the account number provided.
●  Trial Class: A trial class of 30 minutes to 1 hour will be offered with the tutor. This session will be adjusted against the monthly classes once confirmed.
●  Class Schedule: The schedule for the entire month’s classes will be provided in advance.
●  Timings:
       – Weekdays: Between 5:30 IST and 10:30 IST
       – Weekends: Timing will depend on the availability and schedule of the student and tutor which will be scheduled in advance.
●  Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be notified at least 3 days in advance; otherwise, the class will not be rescheduled. In case of emergency situations, the above will not be applicable.
●  Refund Policy: No refund will be issued.
●  Group Sessions: Classes for the same subject and grade will be conducted in groups of maximum 2 students.
●  Online Platform: Classes will be conducted on Google Meet.
Invitations for all sessions will be sent in advance to both students and parents for the entire month.
●  Homework and Test Papers: Test papers and homework will be provided and must be completed before the next class, with no exceptions to this rule.
